Returns and Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to our policy of not reselling our products and not keeping inventory for sale or resale. Each customer receives a unique, freshly crafted item made specifically for them. All sales are final. It is the responsibility of the customer to place accurate orders, as we are unable to detect any errors in the ordering process. We fulfill orders exactly as they are submitted through our website.

Thoroughly review the product specifications and feel free to contact us in advance if you have any questions before placing an order. We encourage you to rely on the product specifications rather than solely relying on listing photos.

Before and after placing your order, kindly double-check all the details, including the product, personalization or customization notes, and your shipping address. Should you have any concerns, please reach out to us promptly!

Reporting an Issue with Your Order

If you encounter any problems regarding the condition or damage of the item you received, please contact us so that we can assist you! We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and appreciate the opportunity to help you. Kindly email us photos that clearly depict the issue, including the box (and any damage), and the shipping label.

Which payment methods do you support?

Payment is necessary at the time of placing an order. We gladly accept all major credit cards and other payment options listed on our website.

Orders will only be sent to production once the payment processing is successfully completed.

Orders are processed in the sequence they are received (and paid for), regardless of their size.

Customer Communication

Promoting a Positive Experience, our goal is to foster a polite & positive shopping experience for both our valued customers and dedicated team members. Should a Walls Of Wisdom team member perceive any form of hostility, harassment, or threats in communication with a customer, we reserve the right to cease all further work and communication with that customer. In such instances, we will proceed by either sending any pending order(s) as they are or canceling any outstanding order(s) entirely.

Ensuring Effective Communication Clear and timely communication between us and our customers is crucial for the nature of our work. We are committed to making sincere efforts to reach out to the customer through available communication channels. However, if we do not receive a timely response from the customer or encounter ongoing ambiguities despite our continued efforts, we reserve the right to discontinue all further work and communication with that customer. In such cases, we will either send any pending order(s) as they are or cancel any outstanding order(s) completely.
