When determining the size, we recommend not relying solely on product photos as they often showcase larger sizes.
Here's a helpful two-step guide:
Step 1: Take a look at the Material and Size options available in the product menu. To gain a clearer understanding of how a particular size will appear in your space, we recommend taking precise measurements and using blue painters tape to mark it on your wall. Stepping back and observing how the size fits within your desired area will provide valuable insight.
Step 2: Once you've determined the suitable size, select it from the product options & place your order responsibly. Please keep in mind that we are unable to identify ordering mistakes, and once an order is in progress, we cannot make any changes.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO ?
DAMAGED OR UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION, please CONTACT US immediately so that we can provide assistance. It is crucial that you reach out to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of the package delivery date.
FACILITATE OUR HELP,
• Attach all your photos to an email and send to info@wallsofwisdomhome.com. Be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, & brief description.
• You must send photos clearly showing the damage to the item or quality issue, full front & back of the item, the box (including any package damage), and the shipping label.
• If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product.
• You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed. We will process the replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement within 72 hours.
LOST ORDER?
- First check outdoor locations such as doors, shrubs and entrances. Please check with neighbors as well. Sometimes packages are delivered to wrong address.
- Send us an email if you still have not received your package, and we can get you taken care of.
*Returns & exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED as we do not engage in reselling our products nor maintain inventory for sale or resale. Each customer is provided with a one-of-a-kind item that is made exclusively for them.
All sales are final, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate ordering since we are unable to identify any mistakes during the ordering process. We have no access to the customer's shopping cart and fulfill orders exactly as they are submitted through our website.

Looking for a size that's not listed in our product listing? We understand! We offer the option for different sizes on a case-by-case basis, depending on the design and material.
Please reach out to us by contacting our team for a custom order. Provide us with the specific product from our shop, the desired material (Canvas, Poster or Banner), and the dimensions you're looking for (in whole inches). Additionally, let us know if you prefer the sign to be oriented in landscape or portrait mode. We will assess the feasibility of creating that size for you and provide you with the necessary information.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask for your prompt response. Delays in replying (24+ hours after the proof is sent) may result in extended timelines, for which we cannot be held responsible. For optimal viewing, please review the proofs on a screen larger than a cell phone, if possible.
If we do not receive your feedback within 48 hours of sending the proof, we will proceed with creating your sign exactly as shown in the proof.
Please note that we do not provide proofs prior to purchase. Designing proofs requires significant resources, and regrettably, we are unable to offer this service free of charge.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
- Send us an email with your request.
- We will need the size in inches (width x height), product type, idea of design, wording, & shipping address. Send design inspiration if you have that.
- You will then receive an email with us, with a quote and any additional questions.
- If you decide to move forward we will send you an invoice. Then we start the design once paid. Our team will send you proofs and ask for revisions. Once you approve your design you are sent to production.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking will be updated & an email will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase. Allow at least (5) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.
