WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our goal; is to offer quality personalized products and gifts that create memories. All our products are quality checked before leaving our facility so that you receive the highest quality product. At Walls of Wisdom we are committed to our customers and satisfaction is important. We back our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Personalized Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds on personalized products. If your order is damaged we will send you a new shipment of the same product. Please read the details on damaged products.
We DO NOT accept returns on personalized items or home goods. Please review all the product details and double check that all personalized content you provided is accurate before purchase. The wording you type in on the personalization feature before purchase is exactly as you will receive.
NO REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ORDERS.
Non-Personalized Orders
You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase. If your product is not canceled in the 24-hour window it will be sent automatically. Then after you receive your sign you may then return it undamaged based on the return guidelines below.
TO CANCEL in within the 24 hour period please send an email to info@wallsofwisdomhome.com with, CANCEL - AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN ON ORDERS NOT RECEIVED FROM CARRIER,BUT A NEW SIGN SENT IN ITS PLACE.
Returns can be sent to: If you aren't satisfied with your order please contact us ASAP and we'll turn that frown upside down. You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, in exchange for store credit or merchandise.
DAMAGED PRODUCT?
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
• Take digital photos of your damaged product and the shipping box it arrived in (if the package is also damaged).
• Attach all your photos to an email and send them to info@wallsofwisdomhome.com. Be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and brief description.
• You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to return your product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Walls of Wisdom does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. Once the product returned and reviewed, a refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If the product is damaged a new canvas or metal sign will be sent back into production and a new sign is sent. Pictures of the damage are required. We do not refund damaged orders but will send new product for replacement.
