• Australia - FREE SHIPPING 5-8 Business Days
• UK - FREE SHIPPING 8-15 Business Days
• METAL SIGNS - US GROUND SHIPPING ONLY - METAL SIGNS ARE ONLY SHIPPED WITHIN THE US.
Please note that during holidays, the delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
DAMAGED PRODUCT?
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
• Take digital photos of your damaged product and the shipping box it arrived in (if the package is also damaged).
• Attach all your photos to an email and send them to info@wallsofwisdomhome.com. Be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and brief description.
• You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to return your product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Walls of Wisdom does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. Once the product returned and reviewed, a refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

If the product is damaged a new canvas or metal sign will be sent back into production and a new sign is sent. Pictures of the damage are required. We do not refund damaged orders but will send new product for replacement.
SOME ORDERS MAY BE DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS:
Some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, we ship our small format prints in small, rolled tubes (any size 11" x 14" or smaller). We ship our large format prints rolled safely in a poster mailer. These two sizes may ship on different days and arrive on different days. You do not incur any extra shipping charges for split shipments.
FEES:
Customs - Shipments to Canada (quotes required) of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees.
Taxes - Your order may be subject to sales tax where applicable.
