2nd attempt to post. I ordered the pink lady and was so excited it was beautiful. At the time it was 152.00. The specs showed 24 panels. When I received it there was only 1 panel. I was so confused. I looked again in the description. I’ve tried to reach out and get clarification and no response. I’ve tried to post a review never showed up. Don’t buy unless you want to get scammed. The one panel was beautiful but what do you do with that and if that was the price per panel I would have never bought because it would have been to expensive. I’m super disappointed in this experience.
I ordered pink lady when it was 152.00. I was so excited. In the description it shows 24 panels. When I received it it was only I panel. I have tried to reach out to get clarification is it 152.00 per panel? Because that’s not how it was described and I wouldn’t have purchased because that would have been too expensive . I wrote customer service but no response and you can’t get a refund. I’m so disappointed and I was so excited for it. Well don’t buy the wall paper if that’s the cost per panel and good luck on getting a response from them. Now I have 1 panel that I can’t return and a waste of money. But the cowgirl picture was beautiful. Would have liked to get another one but I will not re order from them. Poor customer service. Well no customer service.
This company is likely a scam. They stole $1500 from me and sent me 5 tiny versions of my wall graphic instead of the whole thing split into 5 panels which would be the only reason you'd order something like that.
We had a huge wall in our house and I had been dreaming of this sign. It was perfect. Building an old wooden frame around it!
Excited about our piece that we added to our bar. We loved that we were able to personalize and pick a size that fit our space. The customer service was stellar as well. We made a change after seeing a proof and the communication was quick and efficient.
