Make sure your wallpaper fits perfectly by following these simple steps:

📏 Measuring Your Wall

• Measure both height and width of the entire wall
• Always measure to the tallest and widest points
• Murals are printed in 24"- 36" panels with a ¼" overlap
• Triple check your measurements before ordering—accuracy is key!

🛠️ Special Wall Types

• Sloped Walls: Measure at the tallest and widest points—extra material will be trimmed during install
• Walls with Doors/Windows: Measure the full wall; these features are trimmed around during install
• Multi-Sloped Walls: Use the furthest height and width; mural will be printed as a full rectangle

Terms of Sale

• All sales are final – no cancellations or changes after purchase
• Custom orders are made to your exact measurements—please double-check before ordering
• Color variations may occur between separate orders
• Murals are printed in art panels, not repeating wallpaper patterns
• Shipping liability transfers to the carrier once tracking is issued
• We’ll assist with claims, but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
• Report damage within 30 days with photos of the product, box, and label

• Apply Carefully: Use dry hands and a squeegee; cut with sharp tools for clean edges
• Surface Caution: Avoid installing near heat or moisture (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms)
• DIY Responsibility: Installation/removal is customer-managed
• Damage Disclaimer: We are not liable for any damage during install or removal

• Production Time: 3–5 business days
• Made to Order: Each wallpaper is custom-crafted just for you
• Free U.S. Shipping: Available to all Lower 48 states
• Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after production
• Carrier: Orders ship via FedEx or other reliable carriers based on location
• Packaging: Your wallpaper arrives securely rolled with instructions
• Transit Time Note: Shipping estimates are not guaranteed—delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues
• Haven’t received your order? Contact us if it hasn’t arrived within 15 days

Refund Policy

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products
• No refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes, order errors, or changes of heart
• Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or defective items
• Photos required: Send pictures of the full uninstalled mural and close-ups of the damage
• Installed or partially installed wallpaper is not eligible for refund
